Completes Acquisition of Solv All: July 2007

Oceanside, Calif. -- Bergensons Property Services announced that it has acquired the majority interest in Solv All Facilities Services, a Mentor, Ohio, provider of contract cleaning and related services to retailers, commercial and institutional clients.

Bergensons Signs Multi-Year Contract with Rite Aid: October 2008

Oceanside, Calif. -- Bergensons Property Services announced that it was recently awarded a multi-year contract to provide cleaning services to Rite Aid stores. Bergensons Awarded Major Landscape Renovation Project: November 2008

Oceanside, Calif. -- Bergensons Property Services announced that was recently awarded a major landscape renovation project for the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Medical Center. Bergensons Chief Operating Officer Paul Jones said that the project is especially important in that it addresses potential fire hazards and creates a defensible perimeter for the UCSD Medical Center. Bergensons has provided comprehensive landscape services for the University of California since 1992.

Bergensons Renews Multi-Year Contract with Shopko: Feb 2009

Bergensons Property Services announced today it has renewed a multi-year facilities service contract for Shopko Stores of Green Bay, Wis. “Shopko is a terrific example of working closely with our customers to deliver maximum value,” Bergensons CEO Mark Minasian said. “We’ve had the privilege of serving Shopko Stores for more than five years and have strived to always be ready to adjust to the changing dynamics of the stores, be it remodels, changes in traffic flows or promotions. The service agreement we’ve arrived at today reflects our most recent package of services and we are very pleased to be part of the Shopko team.”

Bergensons Expands Relationship with TJX April 2009

Oceanside Calif. -- Bergensons Property Services announced it was recently awarded contract cleaning services for all TJX banners in Tennessee and Alabama, including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, AJ Wright and Home Goods banners.
